So what exactly is my problem, and how can I solve it!?

First question is, why are you not allowed to see a counselor, and who is preventing you from doing so? Or is it because you are afraid that seeing a counselor might tarnish your record and hinder your chances of joining spec. ops? If the case is that a parent, ect. is not allowing you to see a counselor, the I would say "bad parent." If you need to see a counselor, you need to see one. If the latter is correct, that you are afraid of tarnishing your record, then I would say it won't matter anyway, because with all these problems, that will only escalate in the absence of professional help, will be filtered out in the extensive psychological testing Spec. Ops will put you through. Further, sleep deprivation can cause every symptom you mentioned, and cognitive-behavioral therapy is proven to help with sleep problems.
