How do you think the SuperHero 'BinMan' would dress?

I have developed the alter-ego of BinMan for myself, and I plan to fight litter related crime with my trusty sidekick 'The Slipper Bandit'. How should we dress? I was thinking of cutting a head hole and some arm holes in a bin bag and wearing that with a matching bin bag cape. What do you think? Obvioulsy The Slipper Bandit wears slippers, but do you think she needs anything else?
