uma is the wife of suresh. they both jointly applied to R.B.I on 27-7-1999 for 9% relief bond in the name of their minor son for rs 50,000. they stated expressly that both of them agreed that mother of child would act as guardian of minor for the purpose of investments made with money held by the minor son. accordingly in precribed form of application uma signed as guardian for minor.
