Am i good at runescape?

No not really, but withen time you will gain more experince ( combat wize and knowlege wize) and you will learn from mistakes, gain levels and estesialy have a great time. To get 60 defence and strenght, I would go to rock , follow the road north of seers village when you get to a fork in the road take a left, then keep going go past all the wolves, when you get to a gated town I would go right, then north. They are level 13, rarley hit zeros on NO ARMOUR, so you should be fine, I would take the maximume strenght bonus for you, and I would say 5 super attacks 10 super strenghts, trout for food, and eather cammy telys or tabs for quick banks, I hope this helps
