Why aren't there English players with skills like Luis Suarez?

I mean players with close control, dribbling abilities and technique. England always produce the same boring, predictable and unimaginative players, no wonder they always gotta go abroad to get talented players. It's always in Italy, France, Spain, Germany or Holland that they get their talent for the "so called" best league in the world. I'm not even gonna talk about the terrible weather, lousy women, dreadful food or bad teeth....it's about time you wake English people!!!
