How do i reduce self induced scars cheaply using a home remedy?

I have to dance at a party this summer and my upper arms are covered in scars from cutting..i have to wear a spaghetti strap dress for this so i need a cheap and efficient scar reducer that will reduce these by like march...any thing you guys have for me would help a lot!!
