Why is my Diastolic BP reading irregular?

This is perfectly normal. Mine moves around much more than that. I asked my doctor about it and he laughed and said I wasn't a machine. Just standing up after sitting down can alter your blood pressure. Your blood pressure has to be able to rise and fall. It was completely static then you'd have really problems.
