The SASQUATCH or WHITE-BILLED WOODPECKER of "clical music": your candidate(s)?

How about the dreaded triple sharp? I've heard rumors that one exists in a Rimsky-Korsakov opera (or possibly an orchestra work, but def. not Sheherazade) but I have never seen it in person.
