Will this workout get me results fast?

While your workout sounds good, you are too young to be lifting weights. Your bones are still developing and lifting weights will put stress on them. I suggest removing weights and simply doing cardio. Additionally, since you are still young, some of that baby fat will go away as you age. When you hit 14-15 you will see a loss of that belly without any outside factors.
