Movie fanatics, maybe you can help me?

this is kind of vague so bear with me. i saw this movie when i was really young, and i need help with the title. i think it was a scary/funny movie. there was a guy and a woman staying in this creeping old mansion, and the owners face morphed into something weird when they were sitting at the dinner table. i think his nose turned into a hot dog of some sort. sorry so vague but there has to be someone out there that knows what i am talking about! thanks!
