Am i doing good in achieving healthy hair? ?

What you're doing pretty much covers all the bases, but also drink lots of water and eat lots of protein which can be found in some brands of soy milk (Silk Soy Milk is what I drink) and get a good 9 hours of sleep and stick with healthy sleeping habits and don't forget to sleep on a satin pillow case its better for you're hair or so I've heard.
