What is congenital how is it caused what are the disabilities?

Congenital is not a disease. It means that whatever diagnosis was inherited. You could have a congenital condition that was purely cosmetic. You could have a congenital condition that is fatal. So is it congentital heart disease? Congenital birth mark? The word congenital only means was born with it, doesn't mean anything without the condition itself.
