Cornyn declares war on America?

Maybe the state Texas is synonymous with unpatriotic arrogance. So Cornyn is willing to wage war against an unseated Senator from Minnesota? How does that benefit anyone but the extreme partisans. Franken was elected by his state, and has more popular support than Norman Coleman, that supported BUSH in every level of decision making, now how is that good for America? Should Texas recall Cornyn before he does even more damage?
