Druid macro's, whats the macro for the following?

While not in cat form, (so likely nightelf form as i rarely use bear/travel anymore) do i make it so my character will not only go into catform, but also automatically cast prowl as soon as it happens, so there isnt that delay between transformign and the bar popping up?
