The Sumerian Civilization did we really learn all these things from them?

Yes, they did most of what is listed on that site, but much of it was borrowed from elsewhere. In other words, they didn't "invent" everything described on that website. The Sumerians didn't just happen spontaneously most of human history took place before the rise of civilizations and that momentum made these events possible.
