Did i have a miscarriage?

Im 5 weeks pregnant and last night i was out with my friends when i felt a little sharpe pain i stood up and then felt like i was bleeding down bellow so i paniced and my friends walked me home it was bright red and filled half a pad then it stoped. But since then when i go to the toilet and wipe myself theres brown blood on the tissue but nothing on my knickers?? could i have had a miscarriage
