What are my odds of getting into UCI, UCSC, and UCSB?

Since you are interested in political science, UCD might have rejected you because of your history SAT II score - they were probably expecting a higher score (>600). Your SAT I score is very good. I really think you will get into UCSC. UCI might reject you because of your low GPA - most freshmen had at least a 3.75 in high school. I would say you have a small chance of getting into UCSB because of your low GPA, but maybe your SAT scores and extracurriculars will help.
