Somewhere for a 21 year old to reinvent herself in Florida that is NOT Marco Island?

I'll try my approach at where to move this way. I'm just about to turn 21 next month and I am a single girl who is trying to figure out what to do with myself. My job situation is in my previous question but basically it was a unusual situation and my ex boss who I am still renting from was trying to take advantage of me. So at the moment I currently only babysitting and feeling very free now that I got myself out of that annoying job situation. But I have no ties to Marco Island (my lease is up in September but I would love to get out of it if I figure out what to do) Anyway my question is where in FL could be the best choice for me to relocate to? I would think a more urban area with some motive as to schools and what not would be ideal for me. No, I do not know what my next step is in my life but being here is doing NOTHING for me and also I don't have a car, either. So yeah you probably understand where I am coming from even more now. So please tell me what is a better part of FL for me to move to and a better chance of getting a job then here...is it Orlando? Tampa? Miami? Sarasota? (by the way, I currently have the financial support from my Uncle who is willing to help) Please help me out here. Thanks!
