Leaving baby convict cichlids alone for a week?

i have close to a hundred baby convict cichlids in a fishtank at school, who've been active since last friday (today is tuesday). There in the tank with a mother and a father, but the mother is being aggresive towards the father and we may move it out. The important thing is, spring break is this coming week and this means we have to leave the fish alone for 9 days. Is this possible without them dying? Is there a way to feed them over long periods of time?
