DOCOTERS NOWAY! i dont want to o!?

i dont want to go to the docoters to get my physiccheck up....im 12 and i still never had my peiriod,, and my mom has never talked to me about it!...IM REALLY SCAARED..wat do i do? i dontwant the docter chekin me there!!!
