Bush proposes America's first $3 trillion budget. Proof that conservatism is dead?

The size of the deficit alone is meaningless unless it is compared to the annual GDP. Example a $20,000 car loan (deficit) is a lot to somone who makes $20,000 a year but means little to someone who makes $20 million a year.
